I’m an OKR coach for scale-ups and the Head of Engineering @ Jimdo (formerly CIO @ Arduino).

Here is what to expect:

• Scale ups and big tech, from the inside.

  • I was lucky enough to see the scale-up journey happen more than a few times, first as an executive and then also as an OKR coach. That’s how I became obsessed with strategy execution and acceleration. This newsletter is about sharing what I learned.

• Finally, actionable advice on OKR tailored for CEOs, CTOs and managers.

  • I will try to nail the sweet spot, not too nerdy, not to abstract. My essays aim to guide mangers towards strategy and execution excellence through actionable advice and fundamental concepts.

• No magic pills. No clickbait.

  • Let’s be honest: ~80% of the content on the topics of Strategy, Execution and OKR is trash. Why? Two things are mostly to blame, one size fits all recipes and clickbait titles, culminating in headlines like “The one OKR tip your business NEEDS to SURVIVE in 2024”. We don’t do that here. Promise.
